There are two human pathways, both unique in their own ways, connecting Brooklyn and Manhattan. One, the Manhattan Bridge, which I wrote about and the other, the Brooklyn Bridge.
An old-world stone bridge with a proud presence, even when set against that skyscraper riddled New York horizon.
It’s also a reminder in its simple but beautiful design that all art DOES have a function that is greater than the form.
